Middle east women
WHERE SILENCE BECOMES FORM
Selected Sculptures
Shaped by years of reflection and quiet observation, these sculptures give form to the unspoken emotional landscapes of Middle Eastern women: tenderness, faith, silence, endurance — and the longing for a breath of unbound space.
These figures do not speak aloud; they exist. And each sculpture is an echo of silence— a silence that continues to hold meaning.
These sculptures speak in the language of touch and distance — from the Middle East to the cities that became home.
Here, the veil is not explained or judged. It becomes a space of introspection—a vessel where memory, softness, resilience, and muted voices gather.
I listen to the emotions that arise as I work and allow the form to emerge from that quiet inner terrain.
In this body of work, the veil becomes both a presence and an absence—a flowing form that shields, conceals, and yet reveals.
Womanhood is my geography—bodies that carry the memory of migration and the weight of hope.
